My sky puck isn't working

My sky puck isn't working. I have a black screen on my TV. No picture. No response after trying every suggested. It's turned on but nothing is there.

You have not mentioned exactly what you have tried.

 

If it's not switching on correctly or stuck in a standby state, have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the recovery procedure on step4;

Hi Kate.  It is possible it is a faulty puck but equally it could be your set up on your tv.  Have you gone into your  tv settings and tried the different HMDI options, you may just have your HMDI cable in the wrong port but as @lettice say it's difficult without more details.
