@davitth Hi., firstly there should be no need to drag your tv out to power on and off. Just pull the power lead out of the back of the puck and leave it for a minute before plugging back in.. Alternatively even easier because you can do it from your armchair, go into Settings, System management and select Restart. Secondly stay in Settings and then Pictue/Sound and try different options especially as you have a sound bar, I found Passthrough worked for me. I hope that helps.
