My sky is frozen. I have disconnected puck and also disconnected sky box left it for 5 mins. Reconnected all the sky menu comes up but when I try to get a programme just says programme loading but nothing happens. Been trying for the last hour to get this up and running

Is this a new set up or has it been working previously? Try resetting the network connection and rejoining your puck to your broadband.

Also who is your ISP? Does your internet meets th minimum speed requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?
