You haven't given the community to go off, such as the make and model of the TV. Try resetting your remote and setting it back up again as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-glass-remote
Under "Use your sky remote to control your TV". It may be a case that you need to try multiple settings / "codes" before you find one. But the onscreen instructions should guide you though.
