This is the 2nd post stating this issue. I'm wondering if there is a faulty software update. Try powering off for a few minutes at mains and try again. If that doesn't work you can try resetting your puck as per information here:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

 

Or call sky for further troubleshooting. We are fellow customers here on the community.
