Re: My puck is not streaming
Can you elaborate a bit more.
What kind of problems are you seeing?
For us to get a picture of what your wifi speed is to the puck, can you do a network speed test on your Puck.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

You need to be willing to troubleshoot your home broadband network when you agree to having additional Sky Stream pucks in other rooms of your home.
Each puck needs its own fast and stable connection to your broadband so you have to make sure you can provide this.
If the Netflix network check shows a speed of less than 30Mbps then you are likely to continue having problems and will need to invest in a higher broadband speed to your router, a more powerful router, or a mesh WiFi system or some power line adapters to try and improve the connection.
