I have rebooted both stream box and wi Fi. It helps for a while then it starts happening again. Anyone had this problem?

Do you mean the audio is dropping out?
What are your audio settings on the puck? Is it set to Auto, Passthrough or Dolby Digital? How is your puck connected to your TV - directly or via a soundbar/AVR?
Sky Stream doesn't record. The playlist is merely a log of content you want to watch later on demand. Occasionally there may be a cloud recording of some content where the original broadcaster does not have an app of their own for on demand playback. Some live sporting events can come from a cloud recording but you do not have any control over this.

Oh, this is all too technical for me. Think it is set to auto. As for the puck or whatever. . Think just to tv. . .

I have changed it to auto. Is that right please?

Auto should be fine if you are not using any other sound equipment.

Thank you so much. . . I just don't understand it. . . I prefer when I could record programmes. . . Don't like streaming. . . But it's all I can have as BT does not work in my area. . . I like being able to delete when I have watched. . . Just set in my ways I suppose. Lol

If you can have a satellite dish on your property then Sky still do Sky Q which is the more traditional recording type service which allows you to record and delete whatever you like.
