I am trying to activate a new account but I can't get past the "Eircode" page - I just get "An error occurred, please check the details or try again later" - every time.

You'll need to contact Sky. Either give them a call, or if you wish, we can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can raise it via a private online chat.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for that but I have already been down that road to no avail, what I want Sky to do is log in to my account at their end but that would probably have "legal" implications.

Providing Sky can check your identity (standard procedure) they'll have access to all your account details.

I'm having the same problem. Moving back home from UK. Ordered Broadband, TV, Talk yesterday and can't access account to see or track anything.
Error message keeps saying "an error occurred, please check the details or try again later" at eircode stage.
Please help!
