My WiFi
My WiFi is really poor even though the app is telling me it's absolutely fine whenever I'm putting an app on my streaming box it's all crashing and everything is going off this has been happening since late last night it's fustrating

@SionaPoulton Hi Siona, It sounds like your Sky Stream was working ok but is now causing problems, is the right?
Either way try a few things. Go to Settings (scroll down the Homr page or say "Settings" using your voice button. Go to System management, Resets & updates and chose Refresh apps. Wait until it automatically returns you to the home page, it takes a few minutes.
Once you have done that go back into System management Resets & updates and select Restart device and again wait for it to return you to the Home page. See if that works and let us now.

First, try doing a settings restart of your Sky Stream puck.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
Also, might be worth doing a restart if your broadband hub/router.
Make sure your Sky Stream Puck us in standby when doing that.
