My Sky TV is locked to Kent, I live in Essex

We moved from Kent to Essex but my local news and ads are all still giving me Kent. How can I fix this please?

Have you advised Sky of your new address? If yes I can escalate to Sky to help get this resolved. If not the first step is to advise them of your new address.

Contact sky. They will sort, they did for me. Sometimes it can take a while for the new ITV/BBC regional channels to kick in, when you change your address with sky
