How to switch from stream to q?

I've recently moved over to sky and went with sky stream however, after having it for about a month I'm beginning to find it annoying and unsuitable for my needs. I work shifts and love to catchup on sport where I've noticed I'm unable to "watch from beginning" any recent but finish football games.

im writing this wondering if anyone feels the same issues and have moved over to sky q because of the record feature? With complete honesty, I do not plan on paying over £75 (excluding broadband) like I am now if the majority of things I can watch in full are either on Netflix or free streaming apps, I do not watch any live tv.

any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

@Louser1  You'll need to speak to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Precision is important: up to 31 days you can cancel without giving a reason.  After that you'll need to argue under consumer rights regulation about whether the service is as described / of adequate quality / fit for purpose.
