My Sky Stream Box will not come on.

My Sky Stream box was freezing all the time so had to turn it off to reset it. Now it wont even turn on.

You'll need to ring Sky for a replacement puck if it's properly dead.

If recovery doesn't work you will need to call Sky as we are fellow subscribers on the forum.
