Multiroom stream puk sync?

Apologies in advance if this has been answered already. I done a quick search and couldn't find what I was looking for before posting.

Are the stream puks in other rooms supposed to sync up with the main box in my living room?

If I'm watching something on sky, not any of the other various streaming platforms, and want to continue watching in bed, then I have to search for where I was, it's never where I've just left it.

Another issue I have is commercials. On the main box, when watching say house of the dragon on demand, I don't have any commercials when watching but have at least 3 lots on the box in the bedroom when watching the same thing.

Confused!

@Adored01  There is no "Main Box" with Sky stream, all pucks run independently and due to the fact they are streaming devices won't be synced from room to room

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Ah right. Thank you for the reply.

Bit backwards if you ask me but hey ho.

You can go into another room and continue watching anything, where you left off, on your sky box....unless it's something you were watching on, SKY.

You can do that too on Stream in the assorted apps, but not with broadcast content.  The 'fluid viewing' feature of Sky Q by necessity uses the on-board hard drive located in the main Q box to cache content there for resumption of viewing on a Mini, and the Stream platform doesn't have one of those.
