Multi room fee waiver

Hi I'd like to get free stream pick for multi room but I'm getting asked to pay a £39.99 activation fee. I thought this was free for the first one?

It's normally free if you add the puck at the same time as ordering Whole Home for the first time. If you've already got Whole Home then you'll likely need to pay the fee.

thanks for reply.  It is first time but still asking for fee.  last time bluetooth stopped me getting multiroom as at night can use headphones but my tvs have this so not fussed.

Do you already have Sky Stream and now requesting a second puck or are you a new customer after 2 puck?

As I understand it you only get the 2nd puck free when taking out a new contract and the 2nd puck is added at time of check out, if you're looking to add a second puck at a later date I believe you will be charged £39.99.
