I paid for a movie (Dogman) and now I don't have it.

@Nikita231  Have you looked in your Sky Store app on your stream puck?  It will be listed under my library

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Nikita231  was it a buy and keep or rental 

 

if rental you a) only have 7 days to start watching and b) once you start watching you only have 24/48 hours to finish watching it before it deletes 

 

if either of these apply you will need to purchase the rental again
