Move from Satellite to WiFi

I want to receive SKY through WiFi. Currently I have a satellite disk. How easy is this and how much extra is the cost?

Hi @Andy_Kaye @you have had some excellent advice already but I wanted to add that I personally love my stream puck but if you don't have fast AND stable broadband I would stay with satellite.

If you decide to give it a try you have a 31 day cooling off period during which you can revert to your old satellite system at no charge.

Hi @Andy_Kaye

We are fellow customers on the community. We dont know your current subscription and any discounts you have. If you want sky TV via the Internet you want sky stream. You need to be aware that it doesn't record like sky Q and the channel line up is different.

Prices online at www.sky.com also see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs and https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass.

Thanks for the response. When you say it doesn't record like SKY Q are you saying it is just different or are you saying that it doesn't perform  as well as SKY Q?

Its a completely different platform to the satellite platform. Some people prefer the streaming platform whilst others aren't quite comfortable with it and prefer the satellite platform.

I’d suggest researching about the differences between the 2 platforms to see if it will suit your needs.
