More buffering!
I have a regular broadband speed of between 65-70 mbps Download, and I'm constantly experiencing buffering with Sky Stream. Today I even switched everything else connected to the WiFi off and it still happens. I then connected my phone to the WiFi and streamed the same programme from Sky Sports app with no issues.
There is clearly an issue with Sky Stream. Please fix ASAP.

Re: More buffering!
My Glass tv and Puck both work reliably with broadband speed of around 63Mbps which appears to suggest there's no generic Puck issue. What does your Puck's Netflix app say about your broadband speed?

There is a difference between how a phone works ( as it has local storage and can locally buffer) compared to the sky streaming platform. Rather than testing but removing all other devices from the Wifi, i'd suggest testing by using ethernet for the puck. What could be your issue ( as is quite common) is local wifi network issues due to local interference that is causing the wifi signal strength to fluctuate and potentially in short quick burst cut out.
When using ethernet, you need to disable the Wifi in the puck's settings ( otherwise it will keep using it) and ensure you reboot the puck (via the System Management option in the settings) once the wifi is disabled to ensure its picked up the change.

Re: More buffering!
The same thing was happening with my own Sky Stream and my uncles too. So yes it was Wifi congestion from all our neghbours so my uncle bought a long ethernet cable and connected it to the router and I bought one of these powerline adapter things and both of us have never had an issue since.

Re: More buffering!
To be honest i just wish Sky would recommend in their setup guide that users try switching from Wifi to ethernet or vice versa if they are seeing any type of buffering related issues. It would help a number of customers solve the issue a lot quicker rather than them having to eventually make their way over to this forum.
