Missing freeview channels

Why doesn't my sky stream have Gems TV and TJC on it? Apparently gems TV should be on channel 665 but there's no channel 665 there and TJC should be on 662 but again that's missing.  How do I get them, they're freeview channels so it shouldn't matter what package I'm on. Thank you

@Christina37  Not all channels that are on sateliite are on stream, see the list here for Glass/Stream channels, TV channels list on Sky Glass and Sky Stream | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Freeview is the brand name for free-to-air channels received via an aerial. Sky Stream is a completely different, fully streamed service. 

You should have checked the list of channels available on Sky Stream prior to purchase.
