Missing delivery

I was due a delivery of the sky stream puck. Royal Mail said they've delivered but when I track (as I hadn't received it) my postcode doesn't work and it states the sender needs to contact them.

 

Sky will be automatically starting payments soon and I can get hold of anyone to check what is going on

 

Any advice?

@Michelle274  No one on the comunity can tell you whats going on as we are customers like you and threfore have no access to your account or orders.

 

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.

Thanks @GD1 . I understand that this platform is for customers not sky employeees and didn't want anyone to look into my account. I just asked for some advice and to see if this had maybe happened to anyone else in the customer community. 

 

I've tried all the normal contactable areas over 5 days. Finally I resolved the issue (I think) after 2 hours on the phone and speaking to around 6 different people.

Can you tell me how you got Sky to resolve the issue?

 

I have had the same issue since before Christmas. Royal Mails proof of delivery was a picture from a Royal Mail Warehouse of a bin full of deliveries and second updated proof of delivery is a blurry image probebly still in the warehouse.

 

I am in contact with Sky but I keep being asked to wait to see if Royal Mail delivers soon, as it has been the holidays. I have already received the sky hub, no problem on the 19th December with no issues.
