Have a read of what is mentioned here in this Sky help article on the delivery of a Sky Stream puck

 

If you've missed your delivery, you can reschedule it through the DPD or Royal Mailwebsites.

We’ll try to deliver your items up to three times. If we miss you a third time, your order will be returned to us and cancelled.

Items can't be left in a safe space, with a neighbour or collected from a local delivery depot. And the delivery address can't be changed after you've ordered
