Missed delivery

I missed my delivery for my sky stream box and now dpd are sending it back to sky, what do I have to do next to get it sent back to me?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This is mentioned in the Sky delivery and returns help article;


If you've missed your delivery, you can reschedule it through the DPD website.

We’ll try to deliver your items up to three times. If we miss you a third time, your order will be returned to us and cancelled.

Items can't be left in a safe space, with a neighbour or collected from a local delivery depot. And the delivery address can't be changed after you've ordered.
