Missed delivery of sky Puck and now it's been returned to sky and I'm being billed for it how do I get it sent back out?

Unfortunately you'll need to contact Sky to discuss this. You shouldn't be charged because as it wasn't delivered you could not activate it.

Hi @Rozzersdog101 Sky use DPD I have the DPD app on my phone where you can track your parcel or rearrange a delivery date also the driver will take a photo when the item has been delivered successfully.
Also did they leave a calling card if they did it has a tracking number on that as well enter that into the DPD app and you can rearrange a delivery
Also track your delivery status within the My Sky app it should say something about delivery maybe they have scheduled it for another day
