Miss

Does anyone know what a white flashing light on Sky TV puck means? It keeps flashing and won't connect to the TV. I've tried resetting the puck and changing HDMI cables but it still isn't working.

Sounds like your Sky Stream puck is stuck in standby.

 

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the  recovery procedure on step 4;

Thank you. This worked but now my remote won't connect to Sky or the TV. I've tried following other threads to reset the remote. I have removed the batteries and tried resetting the pick. Still no luck. Sky is stuck on the you're now connected page which I can't shift from without the remote. Any advice?

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
  3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue.
