Lost sound

I keep getting picture with no sound,sound with frozen picture or grey screen with no sound, usually on live tv (football )

@patcut  Hi, Do you know your internet speed, a test can be done on Netflix (you don't have to be a subscriber) then let us know.

Your setup could also be the problem.   Make sure your puck is not touching any other objects and has clear space around it.  Ensure the puck and your router has a clear line of sight without any objects blocking it, and ensure your router is not near a window or mirror.

• The puck is in a different room to the router.The router was installed yesterday and the engineer sited it by a window.

I had this also, I have a 5.1 setup changing from auto to pass through in settings worked for me, can also try changing to dolby digital(+) maybe PCM depending on your setup.
