Lost connection

From Christmas Eve we have had lost connection we have turned off at the wall both Internet & tv/puck still not connecting. Anyone any ideas?

Hi @TnG and welcome to the forum.  I know you have already tried rebooting your stream puck as well as your router and what I am going to suggest is not dissimilar but it has always worked for me when I lost network/internet connection.

 

Put your puck into Standby and then unplug both your puck and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the network & internet
