Loosing Sky on Sky Stream Puck

I am a recent convert to Sky Stream, coming from a house with three Sky HD boxes networked around the house to five TVs using Magic Eyes, splitters and converters etc.

I have now gone to four Sky Stream Pucks (could only order four, going back to get two more) and so far I am quite impressed. Must admit it is a bit different after 25 years of the old boxes.

But I have a strange problem, every now and then I loose my TV channels through Sky. The program guide is there but you go to a channel and it is blank. Go to Netflix or other Apps and no problem, just Sky goes, but it's there on the other Pucks?

I have had all four working watching different film channels at the same time, so not a problem there.

Any suggestions?

Hi @SkyK1600

How are the connected. It sounds like it could be marginal WiFi connection or low broadband speed. Pucks need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

If you have connected via ethernet, make sure that WiFi is turned off in settings and you reboot the puck as it will still try to connect via WiFi when a cable is plugged in!
