Live TV on my Tv not working

I can't watch any live TV on Sky streaming. No phone number to call sky. This is crap

@Helen602  What happens wheh you try to watch live TV, for the community to help you'll need to provide details about the issue and any steps you have taken to resolve.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Helen602  Maybe you have picked up a software glitch.  Try restarting the puck by going into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset).  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t panic when you first start the process.
