Live TV keeps freezing but Internet Apps work

We have had Sky stream for over a year now without any real issues at all, we also have Sky internet, again no issues. 

In the last week or two while watching Live TV on the sky stream puck we are continually losing the TV channel. Normally a message pops up saying "please wait for your programme to load" sometimes it will fix itself but normally you will have to turn the sky off and then back on. However, when I flip onto Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc, still on the Sky puck everything is great and there is no interruption in the playback. 

I have turned the puck off at the wall, waited 5 minutes or so and turned it back on. I have pressed the reset button on the puck itself and also gone into settings and pressed reset. This normally works for a bit but then the same issues start again. 
Our internet is fine, no issues on other devices and as mentioned when watching apps through the sky puck everything is fine it's just "live" TV. 

I'm a bit stuck to be honest so any advice would be great. I am guessing it's something not quite right with the physical Sky puck but could be wrong.
