Live TV & TV guide
We have just moved into our property and finally had broadband put into our house.. (albeit not the full fibre we've paid for but they've got to dig up the ground outside for that so have put us on super fast 35 for now)
We have a sky puck box and are a little confused as to what we get with it. We pay for sky tv essentials and sky sports but can't watch live tv? We have to watch everything through the apps. Can't even get a tv guide to see what's on live TV?
My moms house had sky Q.. can you not watch live tv with the puck?

Re: Live TV & TV guide
@Marcello1 There is a TV Guide where you can wtach live channels, have you tried unplugging the puck from the power for a couple of minutes?

Re: Live TV & TV guide
Hi @Marcello1
You should get some live channels with essentials. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass
There is a full TV guide with sky stream however it sounds like your puck isn't registered against your account as a puck without subscription removes it. Have you tried powering the puck off for a few minutes or resetting it? Has it ever worked?
Sky Q is a satellite product and works differently to Stream.
You may however struggle with such low speeds as sky recommend 25mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD so there isn't a lot of head room for other devices using your bandwidth.

Re: Live TV & TV guide
Hi @Marcello1 and welcome to the forum. If your puck is working correctly you will find the TV guide on the homepage. Use the voice command button on the remote and say TV Guide or press the home button on the remote which takes you to the homepage and the TV guide is 2 rows down.
If you still can't get the TV guide try rebooting the puck at Settings > System Management >Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes a couple of minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while.
