I've got the 013.OOP update and it's as bad as ever.
This product is frankly not fit for purpose. The second I can get rid of it - it will be gone. I'm staggered this has been left unfixed for so long, like the ability to use the power button to switch all connected devices off. It's a shoddy, shoddy product. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Hi all,
It's been a while since it's gone out of sync looks like mines fixed 🤞. I'm still on Q34 so I don't know what's going on. Since my box restarted it's been working flawlessly for a change. Can sky really offer a service that works 😂. Only time will tell. Has anyone else's been fixed ?

Nope. Turn on the box and its usually 3 seconds plus out of sync. Switching to another channel and back usually fixes it. Sometimes it will occur mid programme. Still takes 10 seconds plus to switch channels. No help from support eho basically conceded the puck and stream service is useless.

No hasn't worked fo me, I've been quite for the last few weeks because I've not had a problem but lip sync problem came back a couple of days ago and its worse than ever

@BC1956 are you on QS035? The rollout has been gradual and most won't have it yet.

I got the update on my Stream yesterday and it's still as bad as ever. [removed]. I imagine a lot of people have been ranting about it [removed].

My complaint re the lip sync issue has been accepted for adjudication by CISAS and has been passed on to Sky who have a fortnight or so to reply. I will let you know how things pan out.

Sorry your still having problems. I haven't had v35 update yet but a lovely lady at customer service has solved my problem maybe it will help you - anything is worth a try as it is impossible to watch with the lip sync out
go to settings
select sound
Select digital audio output hdmi
change from auto to stereo
hope this helps

change from auto to pcm stereo

If you do that then you won't get any Dolby Atmos audio, which is a chargeable add-on with Sky Stream.
If it works for you and you don't need/want/pay for UHD/Atmos then that's great, but for others who do need/want/pay for UHD/Atmos then it would be nice if that was reliably in sync too.

@Caz8154 It's as @BenJoBanjo says, switching to stereo or PCM is no good to people that use an AVR and pay for Atmos. I paid six months for a product that I couldn't use, so voted with my feet. Not missing Sky Stream one little bit but saving a fair bit of money each month as I'll dip in and out of Now and binge what ever I want to watch. No lip sync problems there.
