@Paul+Dray You claimed it was ten people who are making all the posts which is a complete fabrication!
As I said ... Stop spreading misinformation and lies, we don't need people like you making light and concocting lies to a very real issue
Lies help nobody! So quit it

I genuinely complained once more to sky yesterday I have just had a message to fill in a survey they must be joking. How about another problem we had when our glass came on when we were not there had to turn off the speaking thing

I previously commented that the PCM fix wasn't holding for me. However, digging into my LG TV settings, I noticed the HDMI Input Audio format wasn't set to PCM.
Now that it is, and Stream is also set as PCM I've experienced none of the issues I've been having.
It might be worth others checking their TV settings as well as their Stream settings to see if this works for them too.
I will note: this might be coincidental and I'm just having good luck with it aqt the moment.

Final update as I'm happy with Sky Stream now!!
A couple of days of testing after disabling IPv6 and enabling UPnP. Both pucks now with no sound sync issues, no black screens, and actually able to use Dolby instead of PCM.
Good luck all.

Thanks @AndrewF_UK I've tried your suggestion and so far it appears to be working

To be accurate I said 'about ten people' and it was said with a wink emoji to show I'm exaggerating whilst still making a point. That being that close to a 1000 posts doesn't equal a 1000 complainants in this thread. Please stop saying I'm lying and spreading misinformation as I find it deeply insulting, untrue and antagonistic.

It is of course way more than 10

For crying outloud. It's not close to a 1000 is the point I'm making. Which is why i didn't say it was specifically 10 but with tongue in cheek said 'about'. The point is it's not 1000 individuals as a good handful of names have posted many many times here. So I was creating some reasonable balance. Otherwise it was putting across like Sky have to listen as this thread is close to a 1000 posts. Like it's a 1000 complainants posting here, which is untrue. Leave it now please.

Sigh, pearls being clutched over a comment that was clearly a joking response to a comment I made originally
We know there are more than 10 people 🤦♂️
Please contribute to the discussion or take a deep breath and move on please.

You implied it was "about 10". That is very denigrating to the frustrations of way more than that number. The rest of your argument is a strawman

Yes thanks for stepping in to address the unwarranted harassment.

@red_snow That's interesting as I disabled IPv6 (ISP dosent support it) and enabed UPnP ages ago and never had sync issues, I wondered why my setup was ok and others seem to have many issues. i wonder if that is causing problems.

To Red Snow
Enabling upnp can open your network to hackers, not good idea
