Linking existing Netflix account

I have just joined Sky Stream and added the Standard Netflix plan with my subscription, when I got my Stream puck yesterday, I signed into my already existing Netflix account on the Sky Stream, but after signing into the account it was acting as if I had made a new Netflix account asking me to pick my 3 interests in films, then after setting up the account on Sky, I logged into my computer's Netflix on the same account it was signed into my already existing account and was running as normal if I didn't do anything and showed my Continue to watch, My List etc.

So what do I do to link my already existing Netflix account to my Sky account and not having to pay for Netflix and Sky separately?

Are you sure you signed into the Netflix app on your Stream puck with your existing Netflix account details?

Login to the Netflix website and check your account - it should say billed by Sky if you have successfully linked them. If not you may need to contact Sky and get the account you have created on the puck Netflix account removed and then activate your current Netflix account on it.

It should be the case that the first time you log in to the Netflix app on a Stream puck with existing Netflix account details, that account will automatically have its billing switched to Sky. That's how it worked for me and that's how Sky say it should work.

Re: Linking existing Netflix account

I have definitely signed into the correct account, after checking up on the payment it does not say that it is being managed with Sky it just says when it will be taking the next payment, however after looking at the account I have before I joined Sky I have the Plan with ads, would that be the issue? I would of thought it would of updated my current plan to the Standard Plan without ads.

I have the image here where it does not say that the billing is being managed by Sky, but I will get in contact with them and see if this can be fixed.

Note: Payment method I'm using currently is my PayPal so I've hidden the details.

It certainly looks like your account hasn't linked correctly. Are you paying Sky for the standard plan without ads? The standard with ads plan is the one which comes bundled with Sky Stream subscriptions.

I am paying for the Sky standard plan without ads yes.

Butt my Netflix account that I was using is just the basic plan with ads.
