Link your account screen doesn't give a code on puck
I've set up 2 pucks, a second hand Sky Glass and am now trying to do a second hand Puck (which had never been out the box). The last Puck on the link your account here's your code screen doesn't have a code.. it's just a blank blue space. I have skipped and reset the puck and still no luck!
Sky guidance says you can use second hand pucks so don't understand what the issue is.
Any ideas?

So it was never activated and deactivated by the previous owner .... should it have been returned to Sky by the previous owner .... do you know when the previous owner took possession of the Puck?

Now resolved, it gave me a code after the 5th factory reset and now all working fine 🤷🏼♀️
