Just switchef

Just switched from Virgin to Sky Do Sky sort out the TV switch too or just Broadband?, I.e. do I need to cancel the TV with Virgin myself? TIA

@RazzRach  Sky and any other ISPs can only switch broadband, you will need to cancel TV with VirginMedia yourself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @RazzRach  welcome to the forum.

 

Sky can only switch broadband and landline services for your, they can't switch Tv service s so you would need to contact Virgin yourself to cancel any TV subscription.
