I've just signed up to Sky after along time with Virgin and it's predecessors. I'm not having a good experience so far. The set up didn't go well-two engineers over 3 days to get it working- and I' be now discovered that some of the minor channels we used to use before seem to be no longer available to us.
The set up is different to the one we had before, is there some sort of how to get started feature?

Sky Stream is self install there are no Sky installation engineers for Sky Stream🤔
Do you mean there were issues with the Sky BB installation🤔
There are how to guides accessible fro the Sky Puck and more online via Sky's online help😉

That is correct: Glass/Stream does not have the same channel lineup as on the satellite platforms (or available through Virgin cable)
