I have been waiting for sky engineer to come and fix my tv. They gave me a slot of 08:00 to 13:00

@Jobe1  Sky don't send engineers for Sky Glass or Sky Stream.  Which TV system do you have?  Are you sure this isn't a broadband engineer coming out?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
