This sometimes means a payment has failed. Does it say anything in your MySky app?

Also, try giving it a reboot and see if it persists.

@Marialesley  That's not a good starrt to your Sky experience.  As this is a user forum you are not addressing Sky by posting here.  You will need to call them to get help in resolving the issue

I often get this message when I first switch on. I just press the Home button and it goes away and everything then works as usual. Just one of many "features" of the wonderful Sky Stream.
