@Anastasiya1 Did you solve this? I'm having the same issue. Just watched all the first four seasons and now can't start season 5 🤷♀️

Did you het this issue resolved with watching the s5 ep1 of brassic thisbis happening to me and been going on for a while now. Cant seem to find any way tonget this fixed.

S5 Ep1 of Brassic plays fine via the NOW app so it's definitely worth reporting this to viewerR@sky.uk

We're having the same issue. It says set to UHD to watch which we've done but still same on screen message pops up
