Issues with Sky stream

I have recently returned to sky from EE, I'm having nothing but issues, I can't even get it to work today, the message is saying there's a technical issue please try later, so fed up with this,

Try turning the puck  off at the  mains for about  ten minutes  and then turning it back on and let it reboot  to see if that works
