For all of those who have problems with freezing pucks, stream errors, playlist issues etc. I have had 2 pucks in the space of a few weeks because of this. The puck I replaced was in software version qs037, and the one I had sent out to replace it was also in this version. The second replacement came with software version qs033 and it worked perfectly the day I got it, then overnight it updated itself back to qs037 and immediately the issues came back!
so in conclusion I believe the issues is the latest sky puck software version causing all the issues we are all seeing lately.
yes my internet is fine, yes I'm on Ethernet, yes I've been through every single test with sky.
so everyone check your software versions, when sky are telling us to force a software update, it's doing nothing because the actual latest software version appears to be the problem!
