Issues linking account on TV

I am setting up our new TV and linking it to my sky stream box. However when I login with the QR code and enter the activation number it says "check your sky glass. If you're not connected please try again later"

 

it has been saying this for days now so I am unable to watch sky.

@Vish_  There is nothingto link if you have a Stream puck and it was already setup?    If you got  a new TV you just need to plug in the puck to a HDMI input and use the TV's remote to scroll through the inputs.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've plugged it in and requires me to set it up again. It's like it has been reset.

 

it says I'm connected to internet but when I try to link account it says to check my sky glass or try again later
