Issue with apps on Sky Stream
Hi all, I am having issue with Netflix, BBC Iplayer and Discovery+ through Sky Stream tonight (other apps are working fine, well Disney+ and Prime TV being the ones I've tried).
Everytime I go to these apps, it lets me open them but when I try and select something to watch, the system boots me out to the home page.
Has anyone else experienced this recently and can offer an explanaition/solution?

Re: Issue with apps on Sky Stream
Try rebooting the box by pulling the power cable out for 30 seconds.
Sometimes an App will crash causing an issue as it's not closed down correctly and a quick reboot should resolve it
It'd be nice if Sky added a reboot option to the main menu or just improve the app management side of the software.

Re: Issue with apps on Sky Stream
Found this:
- Switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby.
- Switch it off at the mains and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Plug it back in and switch it back on at the mains.
- Leave the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck powered on for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby again.
- Switch it off at the plug and switch it back on again. There’s no need to unplug it this time.
- Press the Home button on the Sky remote.
It worked (well, I have Discovery+ working again)
