Issue with Hayu - not sure how to fix

Hello! Not sure if anyone can help but signed up to Hayu via Sky 8 hours ago. Get a 7 day trial then pay monthly, but I'm still unable to access my subscription and not sure why. 

When I follow the QR code to go to the Hayu activate webpage, it says sorry you've got here too soon, please refresh or follow instructions. Yet it's been over 8 hours. I've refreshed, tried different browsers, but nothing. It just won't work. 

I've now lost my first day of the 7 day trial which I'm not happy about as I signed up today because I wanted to watch today! Working tomorrow onwards so it's not been great to not access it. 

Tried to sign up again but it says I'm already subscribed, and tried to cancel Hayu via My Sky but it shows the subscription, however there is no option to cancel it. 

Any ideas?

It's not a Hayu issue - it's a Sky issue.
