Sky puck won’t stay on after power cut

The internet is back on and the tv is coming on, but the puck light flashes and comes on then goes off again. Tried unplugging etc. we had 3/4 short power cut and now it won't stay on ,

You need to try the recovery steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
