I Googled the number for Sky CS because I wanted to change my Sky Stream package, there's a page on the Sky website with this number so called it:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/ineligible
The number has been blocked by the forum becasue it's been used to many times.
It took a few rings to get through to a person at a call centre.
The person at the other end first had problems their headset, which kept cutting out and then they appeared to get exasperated, did a lot of sighing and kept calling me "Dear".
They asked for my name, date of birth, address and last four digits of my bank card.
Should I be worried?
Was she just having a bad day?

The forum software software doesn't allow numbers to be posted. That is a genuine sky website and contact number.
