Is there a problem with Sky Stream? cannot access apps as error messages come up and apps won't load

We are not able to access our Sky Stream on TV - error messages come up or programmes don't load. I suspect this is a centralised problem at Sky's end, not an issue with equipment. Seems to work on devices. Is anyone else experiencing this? Tried calling Sky but there is 25 minute waiting time to speak to someone.

Have you given your puck a reboot? This tends to help clear random glitches like this. If it was a widespread issue then this forum would be full of similar reports but it's not at the moment.

I'd suggest giving your puck a reboot:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
