Internet issues

I've got sky max and already have 3 pods but I'm still struggling to get WiFi in my kitchen. I was told sky don't offer a 4th one? Has anyone else had issues like this?

That's correct.  Ultimately the 'WiFi Guarantee' is of a small refund if coverage is not achieved: no ISP actually guarantees WiFi.
