I have intermittent sound on some but not all platforms. Bizarrely on Netflix previews play with full sound but when attempting to access the full programme no sound whatsoever. Is it yhe
Streaming box ? I have rebooted several times but no success. I have checked all HDMI connections all are fine.

Check your Audio output settings on the puck. If you're using a soundbar and eARC or ARC from your tv, set everything to pass through and the Puck & TV will send through pure audio data leaving the soundbar to decode the data to the correct format.
