Intermittent searching for signal

My sky keeps going off saying no signal then turns on again. It is doing this repeatedly.

If the light on your stream puck is staying on then the message is from the TV.

Firstly check the HDMI cable is fully inserted in both the TV and puck.

Try a different HDMI input in the TV.

Try a different HDMI cable.

Check the puck video output is set to a value your TV can accept.

Thank you. I changed the HDMI port on the back of the tv and this seems to have worked, so far! Thank you so much .
