Have tried in various settings.    Don't like the uhd at all.     I think I'll just get used to it.   🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

So far I'm not fan of UHD.   It's too black and intense colour.    I prefer HD ???

@Garb1 Sorry to not reply but I had to go out.  Yes, there are many issues with the Sky streaming services.  You need to add the disappearing blue progress bars to your list. I recall Sky Q had loads of issues initially but they got them ironed out in the end so let's hope Glass/Stream will be the same.

Yeh. Well that's what I'm hoping. ??   Live tv is generally good all round..... when using apps and playlist it becomes testing.    Really I suppose it's still some piece of kit / technology. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️👍

@Garb1 As indicated earlier in the thread your broadband speed is borderline considering you have other devices running around the home.  You mention only having had Stream for a week so will be will within your 30 day cooling off period so if I was in your position I would go back to satellite.  I believe from other posts on the forum that if you want to revert you will be put on Sky Q and not your original HD+

Whatever you decide, good luck.

A lot of TVs have terrible default picture settings for UHD, especially with HDR, with bright, over saturated colours and motion smoothing on maximum so everything looks artificial. It's a pity as UHD looks amazing when done right but the default settings on many TVs are awful.

@xenon81    Hi yeh.   Artificial.   Good word. Also over saturated.  Very very disappointed.    And with stream

We are unhappy with the general quality of the hardware and several apps failing to play rentals purchased and programs selected.

By the time customers replies/sorts the issues the rental period will be over, wonder if I'll get a refund.

plus I'm net getting paid for sorting skys issues.

Well it might just be me but I've never seen a response from anyone from Sky on these forums, so I don't expect any resolutions to issues.

@obo110x That's because this is a Sky community forum of other Sky customers.
